011. Accounts and shops

Your rental account is for top-ups, renting and renewing. Your back-office account runs the shop. They are separate.

Keep your passwords and email safe, and turn on two-factor authentication.

022. No resale or transfer

Shops belong to the primary renter only. Selling, transferring or subletting a shop leads to suspension without refund.

033. Rent and credit

Credit can only be spent on rent and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Expired shops are closed to customers but the back office stays open. Shops are deleted 60 days after expiry.

044. Prohibited use

Shops must not sell illegal goods, defraud customers or infringe others' rights. Violations lead to suspension.
