FAQ
When do I get my shop?
Right after payment — you get the shop link and back-office login immediately.
Why two accounts?
Your rental account pays and renews. Your back-office account (set at checkout) runs the shop. Keeping them apart is safer.
Any hidden fees?
None. Every feature and unlimited slip checks are included in the rent.
What happens when my shop expires?
Customers see a closed page; you can still open the back office. Renew within 60 days to keep everything — after that the shop is deleted.
Can I sell or transfer my shop?
No. Shops belong to the renter only; resold shops are suspended.
How do I top up credit?
TrueMoney gift vouchers, or bank transfer with a slip (checked automatically).
